This site has been designed so that no personal identifying information is displayed online or is accessible to the general public. The visitor can browse this website without revealing any information about himself/herself. To obtain access to pricing information, the visitor need to register on ITS’s website.

In the course of Subscriber’s dealings with ITS, ITS may collect and/or the Subscriber may have provided data and information about himself/herself (Personal Data) to ITS.

The above information may have been provided to ITS through the application to become ITS’s customer, to obtain pricing information and instant quotation, subscribe to newsletter, respond to a survey or fill in a form or, the use of ITS’s website at http://its-sciencemedical.com or https://onlinestore.its-sciencemedical.com where cookies are used or through any other means of communication between Subscriber and ITS. 

The processing of Subscriber’s Personal Data is necessary in order for ITS to process Subscriber’s application to become ITS’s customer (whether online or offline). 

The incomplete information of Personal Data or if such Personal Data provided is not satisfactory to ITS, ITS is not able to continue the enquiry/quotation request from Subscriber (whether online or offline). 

ITS collected the Personal Data for the following purposes: 

• Processing Subscriber’s enquiry/quotation request of ITS’s products and/or services (whether online or offline).
• For ITS’s customer relationship management (CRM) procedures to monitor and improve our services.
• For marketing of ITS’s services or products which may be of interest to Subscriber.
• For ITS’s internal record keeping.
• For payment collection from the Subscriber/Customer.
• To meet any legal or regulatory requirements relating to ITS’s provision of services and products and to make disclosure under the requirements of any applicable law, regulation, direction, court order, by-law, guideline, circular, code applicable to ITS.
• For purposes relating to any of the above (including but not limited to research, benchmarking and statistical analysis).

Personal Data provided to ITS will generally be kept confidential but Subscriber hereby consent to the processing of his/her Personal Data by ITS for the purposes set out in clause 3 above. ITS may disclose the Personal Data that Subscriber has provided to the following categories of parties: 

• Any person to whom ITS is compelled or required to do so under the law or in response to government agencies.
• Any related companies of ITS, including those located outside Singapore and/or those established in the future.
• ITS’s business partners and online affiliates that provide related services or products in connection with ITS’s business.
• Government agencies, statutory authorities and industry regulators.
• ITS’s auditors, consultants, accountants, lawyers or other financial or professional advisers, credit reporting agencies.
• ITS’s sub-contractors, transporter or third-party service or product providers as may determine to be necessary or appropriate.

Subscriber’s information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason without the consent from Subscriber, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested. 

Personal Data that ITS collected from Subscriber will be stored and backed up securely in a restricted and controlled location from any loss, misuse, modification, unauthorized or accidental access or disclosure, alteration or destruction. ITS will not accept any responsibility for any unauthorised access or loss of Subscriber’s Personal Data, save in accordance with this Privacy Policy. All of ITS’s employees and data processors, who have access to and are associated with the processing of personal data, are obliged to respect the confidentiality of Subscriber’s Personal Data. Although ITS cannot guarantee the loss, misuse or alteration of data; ITS will make reasonable efforts to avoid such unfortunate occurrences. 

This website contains links to other websites. These sites have separate and independent privacy policies, and ITS is not responsible or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites.

Log files are maintained on the traffic that visits this website. ITS does not link any information gathered in these log files to personally identifying information. Log files are used to manage traffic loads and help provide reliable service, all with no association to Subscriber’s personal identity. Information collected includes IP addresses, browser types and pages visited.

Subscriber will indemnify against all damages and costs involved in the event that any legal action is taken against ITS as a result of his/her use of this website.

Subscriber has the right to request access to and correction of Personal Data. Subscriber may:

• Check whether ITS hold or use Subscriber’s Personal Data and request access to such data.
• Request that ITS correct any of Subscriber’s Personal Data that is inaccurate, incomplete or out-of-date.
• Request that Subscriber’s Personal Data is retained by ITS only as long as necessary for the fulfilment of the purposes for which it was collected.
• Request that ITS specify or explain the policies and procedures in relation to data and types of Personal Data handled by ITS.
• Communicate to ITS to disapprove the use of Subscriber’s Personal Data for marketing purposes whereupon ITS will not use Subscriber’s Personal Data for these purposes.
• Withdraw, in full or in part, Subscriber’s consent given previously, in each case subject to any applicable legal restrictions, contractual conditions and a reasonable time period.
